This Privacy Policy explains how the Vaneo app ("Vaneo", "the app", "we") handles information when you use it on your iPhone or iPad. By using Vaneo, you agree to this policy.
Data you create
The spreadsheets you import, the tables and relationships you build, and the dashboards and widgets you create are stored locally on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud and the feature is available, this content may also sync through your own private iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit) so it stays consistent across your devices.
We have no server and no access to this content. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party.
Information we collect
We do not require an account and do not collect personal information. Vaneo does not use analytics, advertising, or third‑party tracking SDKs.
Problem reports (optional)
If you tap “Report a Problem” in Settings, the app prepares an email that includes:
- basic device information (device model, iOS version, and app version), and
- a log of your recent in‑app actions (for example, which screens or widgets you opened) to help us reproduce the issue.
This email is only sent if you choose to send it, and you can review and edit its contents first. It goes to our support address and is used solely to diagnose and fix the problem. This action log is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted unless you send a report.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Apple may provide us with aggregated or anonymized purchase information in accordance with Apple's terms. Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store (Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions).
iCloud
Any sync uses Apple's iCloud and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not control and cannot read the data stored in your iCloud.
Children
Vaneo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from them.
Your data & deletion
Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud, you are in full control. To remove it, delete the content in the app, delete the app, and/or remove its data from your iCloud storage settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
