Privacy Policy

Car Parts is built to help you find the right part — not to learn anything about you.

In short: there's no account and no sign-in. We don't collect your personal data, we don't show ads, and we don't track or profile you. Your saved vehicles, preferences and searches stay on your device.

Information we collect

None. Car Parts has no login and never asks for your name, email or any other identifying information. We don't operate accounts, and we don't gather personal data about you.

What stays on your device

The vehicles you add to your Garage, your language and appearance preferences, and your recent searches are stored locally on your device (and in your own iCloud or device backups, if you use them). They aren't sent to us, and we can't see them.

Using the internet

Car Parts needs an internet connection to display catalog diagrams and part information. The requests the app makes are limited to showing you that content; they are not linked to your identity and are not used to build a profile of you.

Analytics, ads and tracking

There are none. Car Parts contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking technologies. We don't use tracking cookies, and we don't share information with advertisers or data brokers — because we don't collect any to share.

Payments

If you purchase the app, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Any purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

Car Parts is a general-purpose reference tool and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will post the update on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
